Intermediate League Details

Format: The intermediate league will have up to 6 teams of between 6-8 players (usually 7 players), male or female, and runs for about 12 to 14 weeks. There will be 2 courts available, so sitting teams will ref. The teams will be created by the volunteers each season, to ensure balanced teams.

Level of play: The level of play should be around GAV B to A level, or GEVA B level, but depends on the level of the players trying out. Most teams will probably run a 5-1 or 6-2 offense, but it's not a requirement. Most hitters will hit with some power, and passing should be reasonably consistent. Most teams will have at least one middle hitter.
